My name is Joleen Anderson.
I am soon to be a mother of two boys, my son Nolan is 2 and a half and Baby Jack is due to make his entrance in December. I have lived in Oshkosh my whole life and I am the youngest of nine children.
Technology is a huge part of my life today. With out it I would not be able be a full-time student, have a full-time job, be a mother, and wife. Technology gives me the opportunity to spread my time out and fill my commitments.
Working with young children I don’t get a chance to use technology too much with young students, but I do find it very important to teach them the basics of how to respect what is around them when it comes to technology.

I agree with your thoughts on technology and how many benefits we have with full time jobs and going to school full time. It is so nice when we can communicate with technology and even nicer that technolgy gives us the opportunity to work online for most classes at our own convenience. It's hard to think back to earlier in my life when I didn't rely on my computer and cell phone. We've come a long way!
